CSMC women attend the Puget Sound Women Chemists Retreat

Eighty graduate to early-career scientists from across the United States and Canada participated in the Puget Sound Women Chemists Retreat. The retreat provided opportunities to enhance participants' professional networks and build leadership and communication skills. 

Four Center staff attended, May Nyman, Judy Giordan, postdoc, Sara Goberna-Ferron and graduate student, Deok-Hie Park. May particiated in the distinguished panel discussion.  Judy and Janet Bryant lead  the  "Why Bragging is Good for Women" Workshop.
